Solid Body

The ESP M-50 electric guitar shows a no-nonsense attitude with its solid body design. Basswood is chosen as the primary material in the guitar’s body for its rich low end, mainly because ESP wanted to bring a muscular guitar having a resonating bass sound. Basswood doesn’t resonate sub lows, making the midrange clear.

A Combo of Rosewood and Maple

The ESP M-50 electric guitar features a rosewood fretboard seated on a maple neck. Although these two tonewoods have contrasting tonal characteristics, they create a beautiful harmony when combined together. Rosewood ensures that each note is pronounced clearly. Moreover, rosewood also is give a nice woody sensation when you touch it. The maple neck is bolted to the body, which makes it generate bright tones.

The Guitar is fitted two ESP LH-150 (B & N) pickups to give you an edge over the ensemble when playing on-stage. These pickups provide a powerful sound response like those of the 60s and 70s rock guitars. The guitar also features a three-way toggle switch that lets you try three different pickup combinations.
